Linear Rails & Belt Drive: Our Axiscreat engraving machine uses a belt drive for the X/Y axes and a linear guide for the Z-axis. The maximum speeds are 3500mm/min for the X/Y axes and 500mm/min for the Z-axis. Equipped with an automatic tool-setting probe and light recognition contact signal, it allows operation without powering the spindle, meeting high-speed and precision requirements

Performance: It features a 710W trimmer router and a 42mm NEMA 17 stepper motor, suitable for engraving various materials. The speed range is from 10000 to 34000 RPM, adjustable via the offline controller

Working Area and Structure: The working area measures 23.6 x 23.6 x 3.74 inches (60 x 60 x 9.5 cm), suitable for creative cutting, engraving, and drilling on materials like wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, leather, and metal. The machine weighs 23 kilograms and has a sturdy structure to minimize vibration. The X and Y axis use eccentric nuts for stable and easy adjustments

Modular Design: The pre-assembled modular design makes the 20-minute installation possible, with just a few installation steps and wiring of electronics before starting your projects, installation instructions are also included in the packaging. The 6060 CNC router is ready for all your projects

Control and Expansion Functions: This 6060 CNC engraving machine is based on open-source Grbl v1.1 and features a 32-bit replaceable chip driver. It supports a variety of expansion functions, including ER11 collet clamping range of 1-6mm, NEMA 23 motors, MPG, laser output. Note that when replacing the stepper motor, the drive chip must be replaced simultaneously

Diversified Control Methods: The 6060 comes standard with an offline controller and power box, containing two 110V sockets that can be controlled to enable or disable through the offline controller, meeting the needs for controlling on/off the power of the trim router and vacuum. The machine can be operated via an offline controller, PC application, or manually. The offline controller has a 2.5-inch display, making it simple and convenient to use. A USB cable is required to connect to a computer application
